Terms & Conditions

There will be a 10% restocking fee and return shipping charges on all return items.  Free replacement of damaged goods.  For all returns, please call first to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and to explain your reason for return.  Return shipping to be paid by the customer.

Damaged Merchandise  To help expedite the return of damaged merchandise please do the following:

1. Inspect contents while delivery person is there.  If damaged, you should refuse delivery and UPS will return the package to us.

2. If damage is noticed after delivery of merchandise, the delivery service company must be informed.  Please call your local UPS terminal to notify them of the damage.  Keep all packing materials until shipment is inspected and claim is issued.

3. Please notify us of the damage after you notify the delivery service company.

4. Replacement items will be shipped promptly.
